Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd Amends MOA and AOA to Captively Generate and Consume Electrical Power

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has announced amendments to its Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The amendments were approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on 8th November, 2025, and are subject to the approval of the company's members. The key changes include the addition of power to 'captively generate and captively consume electrical power' in Clause III(A)(2) of the MOA and the insertion of a new Clause 156(A) in the AOA to empower the Company to 'carry on the business of electricity generation and to captively generate and captively consume electrical power.'
