
Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd Amends MOA & AOA for Power Generation and Distribution
Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has amended its Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA) to include the business of generating, producing, refining, improving, buying, selling, acquiring, using, transmitting, accumulating, and dealing in power generation and distribution. The amendments were approved by the members of the company on 28th December, 2025. The new clause in the MOA and the new article in the AOA allow the company to carry out power-related activities, including the establishment of power stations, workshops, repair shops, and other facilities required for electricity generation, transmission, distribution, energy conservation, and efficient utilization. The company can also supply or trade in electricity and all power derived from it for captive generation and captive consumption or commercial use.
