Associated Alcohols & Breweries May Expand IMFL Bottling Capacity via SDF Industries Resolution Process

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd. has announced its intention to participate in the resolution process of SDF Industries Limited, located in Kerala, with the aim of expanding its Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) bottling capacity. The company has submitted an application to the Resolution Professional (RP) for participation and resolution plan submission, which has been granted. This strategic initiative is intended to keep stakeholders informed and further updates will be provided as and when there are material developments.
