Associated Coaters Ltd Announces Changes in Director Designations

Associated Coaters Ltd announced changes in the designations of its directors in a board meeting held on February 10, 2026. The board approved the change in designation of Mr. Harbhajan Singh Thethi from Whole-Time Director to Non-Executive Director and Ms. Navneet Kaur from Non-Executive Director to Whole-Time Director. Ms. Navneet Kaur was also appointed as the Chairperson of the company. The changes will be effective from April 1, 2026.
