Trading Window Closed for Associated Coaters Ltd until 48 hours after Audited Financial Statements Declaration

Associated Coaters Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons (DPs) and their Immediate Relatives from January 01, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial statements for the year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Prevention of Insider Trading regulations formulated under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All DPs, their immediate relatives, and other insiders are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during this period.
