Asston Pharma Appoints New Statutory and Internal Auditors

Asston Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditors and M/s Yash A. Jain & Associates as Internal Auditors. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Narayan Sakalkar as Managing Director and discussed proposed increases in remuneration for key management personnel.
