Aster DM Healthcare Acquires ₹45.09 Cr Stake in Subsidiary

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd has acquired 4,50,89,995 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each through a rights issue in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aster DM Super-Specialty (Sarjapur) Private Limited. The total cash consideration for this acquisition amounts to Rs. 45,08,99,950/-. The Sarjapur entity, incorporated on July 21, 2025, is intended for setting up and operating healthcare services and has not yet commenced business operations. This transaction is considered a related party transaction but is exempted from specific SEBI regulations as it involves a holding company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, conducted on an arm's length basis.
