The merged company will operate 39 hospitals across 28 cities with over 10,600 beds, focusing on expanding advanced healthcare services beyond metropolitan areas into tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Dr. Azad Moopen will serve as Executive Chairman, and Mr. Varun Khanna as Managing Director and Group CEO.
