The combined entity, now operating as Aster Quality Care, brings together four healthcare brands: Aster DM, CARE Hospitals, Evercare, and KIMSHEALTH. The merged company will operate 39 hospitals across 28 cities with over 10,600 beds, focusing on expanding advanced healthcare services beyond metropolitan areas into tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Dr. Azad Moopen will serve as Executive Chairman, and Mr. Varun Khanna as Managing Director and Group CEO.
