Astonea Labs Incorporates Subsidiary Longevity Science Pvt Ltd

Astonea Labs Limited has announced the incorporation of its proposed subsidiary, Longevity Science Private Limited, on October 8, 2026. This follows a board approval on September 9, 2026. The new entity, registered with CIN U21001HR2026PTC151534, will operate in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and nutraceuticals sectors. Astonea Labs proposes to subscribe to 51% of Longevity Science's initial paid-up equity share capital, subject to requisite formalities and approvals. Upon completion, Longevity Science will become a subsidiary of Astonea Labs. The transaction is intended to be conducted on an arm's length basis, with no direct interest from the promoter/promoter group in the new entity beyond their shareholding in Astonea Labs.
