Astonea Labs Re-appoints Pooja Singh as Director

Astonea Labs Ltd announced the re-appointment of Ms. Pooja Singh as a Director of the Company at its 9th Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2026. Ms. Singh, who was liable to retire by rotation, was eligible and offered herself for re-appointment. She holds a B.Pharm degree and has over eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in Quality Assurance and Drug Regulatory Affairs. She joined Astonea Labs in 2021 and currently leads the Drug Regulatory Affairs department. Ms. Singh is not related to any other director or key managerial personnel and has no directorships in other listed entities, though she is a member of the CSR Committee at Astonea Labs.
