Astral Ltd Board Meeting on Nov 5 to Consider Q2 FY27 Results, Dividend

Astral Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026. The board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27, if any. The trading window for designated persons remains closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
