Astral Ltd Re-appoints Sandeep Engineer as MD (w.e.f. 2027)

Astral Ltd's board re-appointed Mr. Sandeep Engineer as Managing Director for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2027, and ending March 31, 2032, subject to member approval.
