
Astral Ltd Reports 10% Revenue Growth in Q3 2025-26, Despite Challenges
Astral Ltd, a leading manufacturer of CPVC pipes & fittings, announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a 10.3% year-over-year increase in revenue from operations and a 4.8% increase in EBIDTA. However, PBT and PAT decreased by 3.3% and 5.6% respectively. The Plumbing Business segment reported a 17% volume growth and a 18.2% EBIDTA, the highest in the industry. The Paints and Adhesives Business segment reported a 15.4% increase in revenue from operations. The company also reported a 36.5% growth in Bathware Business and a 14% growth in Adhesive India Business. The company has increased its Pipes and Fittings production capacity and started its Kanpur Facility in October 2025. The company has also executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 80% of equity shares of Nexelon Chem Private Limited.
