Astral Recommends Final Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Astral Ltd, in its meeting held on May 18, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of ₹1 each for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Engineer as Managing Director for a term of five years, effective April 1, 2027, also subject to member approval. The meeting also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
