Astron Multigrain Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Astron Multigrain Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Babubhai Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills the casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates. The new auditors will serve until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Furthermore, the Board has approved their appointment for a subsequent term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the Eighth AGM in 2026 until the Thirteenth AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The firm has extensive experience and meets all regulatory requirements.
