Atal Realtech Appoints New Independent Director, Reconstitutes Committee

Atal Realtech Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Omprakash Mohanlal Rungta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, effective July 21, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company's Board of Directors also approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with Mr. Rungta joining as a member in place of Mr. Akshay Vinod Dhongade. The committee now comprises Ms. Sharanya Shashikant Shetty (Chairperson), Mr. Kuntal Manoj Badiyani, and Mr. Omprakash Mohanlal Rungta as members. Mr. Rungta brings a background as an ex-Banker from Bank of Baroda and is currently engaged in financial advisory and consultancy.
