Atam Valves Ltd has announced that the record date for determining eligible shareholders for any potential dividend, if declared at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM), has been fixed as September 16, 2026. This date will also serve as the cut-off date for identifying members eligible to attend the AGM, scheduled for September 24, 2026. Any dividend approved by shareholders will be paid within 30 days of the AGM's conclusion, subject to tax deductions.
