Atam Valves Sets Record Date for Final Dividend

Atam Valves Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 29, 2026, has fixed September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. The dividend, if declared, will be decided at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Pamila Jain and Mr. Vimal Parkash Jain as Whole-Time Directors, and discussed proposals for material related party transactions, remuneration for key management personnel, and increased borrowing powers, subject to member approval. The AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
