Aten Papers Board Approves Auditor Appointment, Director Changes

Aten Papers & Foam Ltd's Board of Directors convened on September 7, 2026, approving key changes including the appointment of M/s. Alvi & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years. Mr. Raghav Jobanputra was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, while Mr. Premaram Jaitaram Patel resigned from his Non-Executive and Independent Director position. The board also reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Additionally, Mr. Mohamedarif Mohamedibrahim Lakhani's re-appointment as Managing Director for three years was approved, subject to member approval. Several material related party transactions were also approved.
