Aten Papers & Foam Ltd, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Practices, Procedure and Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Insiders. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended on 31st March, 2026.
