Athena Global Technologies Ltd has entered into a lease agreement for 1,19,526 square feet of office space on the 17th Floor of Phoenix Centaurus in Hyderabad. The annual rent for this space is ₹11.18 crore, payable monthly. The lease term is for 5 years with an option to renew for another 5 years. The rental amount will escalate by 15% every 3 years. The lessee's identity has been kept confidential. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
