Ather Energy Re-appoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditors

Ather Energy Ltd. has re-appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as its Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 13th AGM until the conclusion of the 18th AGM. The re-appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on May 04, 2026, is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming AGM. Deloitte Haskins & Sells is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with Registration No. 008072S.
