Atishay Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Prevention

Atishay Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries, and intermediaries from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours post the declaration of these financial results to the stock exchange.
