Atlanta Electricals Limited, a leading transformer manufacturer in India, announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company reported an 80% YoY growth in revenue from operations for Q3FY26, reaching Rs. 472 crores, and a 32.6% YoY growth for 9MFY26, reaching Rs. 1,104 crores. EBITDA margins expanded by 352 bps and 265 bps YoY for Q3FY26 and 9MFY26, respectively. The company secured significant orders from GETCO and Adani Green Energy Ltd., contributing to a record consolidated order book of Rs. 2,451 crores. The Vadod facility and Atlanta Trafo contributed significantly to the quarterly revenue. The company's focus is now on driving capacity utilization to unlock operating leverage benefits.
