Atlanta Electricals Subsidiary Approves ₹193.58 Cr CAPEX for New Plant

Atlanta Electricals Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AE Components Private Limited, has approved a capital expenditure of approximately ₹193.58 Crore. This investment will establish a new manufacturing facility for transformer tanks, frames, and radiators. The project is a backward integration initiative aimed at enhancing supply chain reliability and operational efficiencies. Funding will come from internal accruals, bank loans, and potential financial assistance from the holding company. The facility is expected to be completed within one year, subject to regulatory approvals.
