Atlantaa Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Appoints Director

Atlantaa Ltd's Board of Directors convened on August 12, 2026, approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the date for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, setting September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for AGM purposes and September 23-29, 2026, for the closure of the Register of Members.
