Atlantaa Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Samir Degan as an Independent Director, effective June 29, 2026, due to personal reasons. Consequently, he will also cease to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
