Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd. Extends Land Sale Deadline to 31st March 2026

Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd. has announced an extension of the deadline for the sale of 20 acres of land in Sonepat, Haryana. The buyer had requested an extension up to 31st March 2026 for the execution of the Sale Deed. The Board of Directors approved this extension at a meeting held on a specified date. As per the Agreement to Sell, entered into on 7th December 2024, the Company has received Rs. 30 Crore in tranches as part consideration. The buyer has further committed to pay another part consideration of Rs. 30 Crore by 31st March 2026. The Company will continue to keep stakeholders informed of any material developments regarding the land sale.
