Atul Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 24, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will also consider the declaration of dividend for the same period. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from April 1, 2026, to April 26, 2026.
