Atul Ltd Board Meeting on April 24, 2026, to Discuss FY26 Financial Results and Dividend

Atul Ltd, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 24, 2026. The agenda includes the review of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the consideration of a dividend for the same period. The meeting will also discuss other matters as may be necessary. In addition, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from April 01, 2026, to April 26, 2026 (both days inclusive).
