Augmont Enterprises Ltd (formerly Augmont Enterprises Private Limited) has officially adopted and implemented a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. This code is effective from June 12th, 2025, and has been established in compliance with Regulation 8(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company is formally notifying the stock exchange about the existence of this code as per Regulation 8(2) and has also uploaded the code onto its official website.
