Aurionpro Solutions Acquires Entire Stake in Fintech Firm InfrariskSG Pte Ltd for USD 2 Million

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of digital solutions, announced the acquisition of the entire stake in InfrariskSG Pte Ltd, a Singapore/ Melbourne-based Fintech Company. The acquisition, valued at USD 2 million, will be undertaken by the Company with its Wholly owned subsidiary based in Singapore. Infrarisk offers digital lending, private credit, business financing and alternative risk scoring solutions. The acquisition is expected to be completed by end of October 2025. As part of the agreement, Aurionpro will pay an upfront cash consideration of USD 1.2 million, with the balance of USD 0.8 million to be settled through the issuance of Aurionpro Solutions shares to the founders. An earn-out payment will also be made, subject to Infrarisk achieving agreed performance milestones over the coming years, up to the year 2028.
