Aurionpro: Trading Window Closes for Q2 FY27 Results

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting to approve these quarterly results to the stock exchanges.
