Auro Laboratories re-appoints Kiran Suresh Kulkarni as Whole Time Director

Auro Laboratories Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kiran Suresh Kulkarni as a Whole Time Director for a term of three years, effective May 24, 2027, to May 23, 2030. This decision was made based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee during a Board of Directors meeting held on June 30, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kulkarni has over 25 years of experience in API manufacturing's QC/QA departments and oversees quality control and general management at the company's manufacturing facility. He is not debarred from holding directorship by any authority. The company also scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting for August 11, 2026.
