Aurobindo Pharma to Complete 26% Stake Acquisition in Swarnaakshu Solar Power by March 2026

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. has updated the timeline for acquiring a 26% stake in Swarnaakshu Solar Power Private Limited. The investment was initially planned to be completed by December 31, 2025, but due to pending state government approval for setting up a captive solar power plant, the acquisition will now be completed by March 31, 2026. This update is subject to receipt of approval from the concerned state government.
