Aurobindo Pharma USA Completes Acquisition of Lannett Company

Aurobindo Pharma USA Inc. (APUSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of Lannett Company, Inc. (Lannett) following U.S. Federal Trade Commission approval. Effective June 29, 2026, Lannett becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of APUSA and will operate as Lannett Company LLC. The integration process begins immediately, focusing on ensuring uninterrupted access to medications, maintaining partner relationships, and supporting employees. This move aims to enhance the availability of essential medicines and deliver long-term value. APUSA also welcomes over 400 Lannett employees, strengthening its talent and operational capabilities.
