Aurum PropTech Allots 1.97 Cr Shares to REA India for Locon Acquisition

Aurum PropTech Limited has allotted 1,97,93,309 fully paid-up equity shares to REA India Pte. Limited, Singapore, on a preferential basis. The allotment, made via a circular resolution on September 29, 2026, is for the acquisition of 100% stake in Locon Solutions Private Limited. The issue price was ₹231.421 per share, with a total consideration of approximately ₹4,580.59 crore (other than cash). This transaction increases Aurum PropTech's paid-up equity share capital.
