AuSom Enterprise Sets Record Dates for AGM and Dividend

AuSom Enterprise Limited has announced the record date and cut-off date for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. The cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to vote at the AGM and attend virtually is September 17, 2026. The record date for determining entitlement to a dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10% on face value of ₹10) for FY 2025-26 is also set for September 17, 2026, subject to member approval. The 42nd AGM will be held on September 24, 2026, via Video Conferencing. Remote e-voting will commence on September 21, 2026, and conclude on September 23, 2026.
