AuSom Enterprise Sets Record Dates for AGM and Dividend

AuSom Enterprise Ltd has announced the record date and cut-off date for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for determining dividend entitlement. The AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The cut-off date for shareholders eligible to vote at the AGM and for e-voting is September 17, 2026. The same date, September 17, 2026, is fixed as the record date for determining eligibility for a dividend of ₹1 per equity share (10% on face value of ₹10), subject to member approval at the AGM. E-voting will commence on September 21, 2026, and conclude on September 23, 2026. The company has also submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
