Austere Systems Ltd Announces Board Meeting to Consider Interim Dividend and Record Date for FY 2025-26

Austere Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 27th January 2026 to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 and fix the record date as 11th February 2026. The meeting will be held through video conferencing. The company's trading window will be closed for all designated persons till 29th January 2026. Ms. Shampa Juneja has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective from 20th January 2026.
