Austere Systems Ltd: Book Closure for 11th AGM & Dividend Recommendation

Austere Systems Ltd announced its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) book closure. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Mayank Gupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee was reconstituted. A final dividend of 8% (₹0.80 per share) for FY2025-26 was recommended, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
