Austere Systems Recommends 8% Final Dividend

Austere Systems Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 8% (₹0.80 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Mayank Gupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years and reconstituted the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Additionally, the company fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for the dividend payout, which will be made within 30 days of declaration.
