Austin Engineering Company Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Financial Results Declaration

Austin Engineering Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April, 2026. The closure will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited/Unaudited financial results for the year/quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these results will be intimated to BSE Ltd. as per the provisions of LODR.
