Austin Engineering Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results, Approves Acquisition

Austin Engineering Company Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on August 11, 2026, also approved the proposed acquisition of a minority equity stake (15% to 20%) in a foreign private limited company.
