
Authum Inv completes ₹100 Cr equity conversion in Vibhav Energy
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd has announced the conversion of an inter-corporate deposit of INR 100,00,00,000 (INR 100 Crore) into equity shares of Vibhav Energy Private Limited (VEPL). This conversion, effective October 9, 2026, grants Authum Investment a 25% stake in VEPL on a fully diluted basis. VEPL is a subsidiary of Inox Green Energy Services Limited and is engaged in providing operation and maintenance services for wind power service providers in India. The acquisition is part of a revised transaction structure following the NCLT's approval of a resolution plan for Wind World (India) Limited, where Authum Investment and Inox Neo Energies Limited were part of a consortium. Authum Investment had previously fulfilled its financial commitment of INR 350 Crore towards the acquisition of certain assets of Wind World (India) Limited.
