
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Acquires Assets from Wind World (India) Limited for INR 350 Crore
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd, in collaboration with Inox Neo Energies Limited, has been declared as the Successful Resolution Applicant for Wind World (India) Limited (WWIL). The Committee of Creditors of WWIL has approved the resolution plan submitted by the consortium under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The consortium will acquire the IPP and power sale undertaking, and the operations and maintenance (O&M) business of WWIL, while Authum and/or its affiliates will acquire certain identified real estate/assets from WWIL. The financial commitment of Authum under the Resolution Plan is approximately INR 350,00,00,000. The acquisition is subject to the receipt of approval from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench and/or any other courts or tribunal under applicable laws.
