Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited has acquired 100% equity shares of Authum Real Estate Private Limited (AREPL) from its promoter, Ms. Alpana Dangi, for a cash consideration of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs. AREPL is a real estate company incorporated on 15/01/2024, and this acquisition forms part of the company's strategic financial investment. The company has not done any business till date and intends to do real estate business and other business activities as per the discretion of the Board of Directors of the company.,
