Authum Investment Invests ₹101.6 Cr in Subsidiary ISARC Rights Issue

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited (AIIL) has agreed to invest further in its subsidiary, India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC), through a rights issue. AIIL will subscribe to 40,65,00,000 equity shares at ₹10 per share. The company has already paid ₹2.50 per share, totaling ₹101.625 Crores, as application money. This investment aims to meet ISARC's capital requirements for general business operations. AIIL currently holds 88.37% of ISARC's total paid-up share capital. Further payments will be made upon receipt of call letters from the subsidiary.
