Autofurnish Board Approves ₹17.9 Lakh Term Loan from HDFC Bank

Autofurnish Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 21, 2026, approved a Term Loan Agreement. The company will avail a facility of ₹17.9 Lakhs (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs and Ninety Thousands Only) from HDFC Bank Ltd. The loan is intended to be utilized for the purchase of new machinery and equipment. This decision was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
