Autoline Industries: Amalgamation Scheme with Autoline Design Software

Autoline Industries Ltd has announced a Scheme of Amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Autoline Design Software Limited. The scheme is subject to necessary statutory, regulatory, and other approvals. As per the scheme, Autoline Design Software Limited will be amalgamated with Autoline Industries Limited under Sections 230 and 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2025, or another date approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The effective date is the date when the certified copies of the sanctioning orders are filed with the Registrar of Companies.
